1. What is TomGer Group?
TomGer Group is a print-on-demand apparel company specializing in custom designs sold on different apparel. We offer a variety of graphic and typographic designs, and all of our items are printed on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you once you place your order.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our designs, and once you find the perfect design, select the size, color, and quantity, then proceed to checkout. After completing your order, we will begin processing and printing your items.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is placed and processed, and shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. This way, you can track the status of your order.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once printed, your order will be shipped out, and you will receive a tracking number. Please note that production and shipping times may vary depending on the order size and destination.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
6. How can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed and sent to production. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify, change, or cancel orders once they have been sent to production. Be sure to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase, and reach out to us as soon as possible to see if the order has been processed in full.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment methods are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway, Moneris. For your security, we do not store credit card information on our servers.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! International orders may take longer to arrive, and tracking information may be limited to U.S.-based tracking. However, local carriers may continue using the tracking number to update the delivery status.
9. What is your privacy policy?

10. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order before it is fully processed and is sent to production. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled. 11. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are working to expand our services, and gift cards may be available in the future.
