Order Tracking
Absolutely! You can track your order by logging into your TomGerGroup.com account. Once your order is batch-processed and sent to print, we aim to ship it out within 24 business hours. You’ll be able to see when your item has been printed and shipped.
Business Hours & Holiday Shipping
Please note that we will be closed, and no orders will be processed or shipped on the following dates:

- February 17, 2025
- April 18, 2025
- May 26, 2025
- July 1, 2025
- September 1, 2025
- October 13, 2025
- December 25, 2025
- December 26, 2025
Orders placed within 48 business hours of these dates may experience delays.
Order Processing Time
It typically takes up to 2 business days to process orders, excluding special sales, touch-ups, or back-ordered items. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Shipping Information & Tracking
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: All U.S. orders will receive a real-time tracking number, and you can easily track your shipment through the Order History tab on your account page.
- International Orders: International orders will receive a tracking number, though it may only be valid within the United States. Local carriers may use this number to update delivery information.
- Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number and ship date will be provided for every order.
Shipping to Customers
TomGer Group ships all orders directly to your address in plain, unbranded packaging that contains only your details. At this time, we do not include any of our branding in the package. Be sure to keep an eye out for your package with the tracking number we provide.
We ship your products to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check the accuracy of the address, as we do not verify or validate it. We cannot be held liable for shipments to incorrect or returned addresses.
