Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns

 

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so once an order has been printed, it cannot be canceled.

However, if your order has not yet been printed, you can cancel it by clicking the "Cancel" link on your order details page. This can be accessed by selecting the order number in your TomGer Group Order History. If the cancel option does not appear, the order is already in production and cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a money-back guarantee if your order does not meet our quality standards.

You may receive a credit to your account or a free replacement if any of the following issues occur:

  • Wrong Style, Color, or Size – The garment does not match your order details.
  • Printing Error – The design is misaligned by more than 1 inch (1.0") from the intended placement.
  • Incorrect Print – The final product differs from the artwork you provided.
  • Missing or Damaged Items – Your order was lost in transit or arrived ripped, torn, or otherwise damaged.

Situations That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

Since our products are printed per order as a custom design, we cannot offer refunds or credits for:

  • Ordering the wrong size.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items arriving later than expected.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, email us at tomgergroup@gmail.com Please have the subject be tomgergroup.com Claim Request within the email please include your order number, Description of what happened, and photos of the issue, if applicable.

Please note we do not cover losses or additional fees on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Etsy).

Screenshots will be required for all credit requests.
