Welcome to TomGer Group! By accessing and using our website (tomgergroup.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use

  • Users are welcome to browse and access the website freely. However, to place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Additionally, by placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use the payment method provided at checkout and that you are not engaging in any fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All items are printed on demand upon ordering. Orders are processed in scheduled batch-out dates. Once an order is processed, it moves to production, at which point modifications, changes, or cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Prices for products are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and payment methods securely processed by third-party providers.
  • TomGer Group does not store credit card data. All payment information is securely handled through Moneris' Vault at www.moneris.com.

3. Print & Design Guidelines

  • We print on demand and fulfill orders based on the items selected and purchased by users.
  • We will not print designs that contain explicit graphic nudity, child nudity, or hate material against any creed, race, or group.
  • TomGer Group reserves the right to refuse any order that violates our content policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Since all products are made-to-order, production times vary. Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds or replacements are available for defective or incorrect products. Claims must be submitted with photographic proof to tomgergroup@gmail.com.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer errors, including incorrect sizes or accidental purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on tomgergroup.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of TomGer Group and may not be used without permission.
  • By submitting a design to be printed, you confirm that you have the rights to use that design and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TomGer Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our website and services.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TomGer Group operates.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
